I8bet Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the i8bet platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the i8bet platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect immediately when you click the "Register" button, access the website, or use any of the services provided.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. i8bet reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that come into effect.

Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of i8bet services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must be at least 18 years old to register. Accounts created using false information or on behalf of another person without authorisation will be subject to immediate termination.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses. You are solely responsible for the security of your account password and are required to:

  • Use a strong, unique password that is not easily guessed.
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Notify i8bet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

I8bet is not liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account information.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As an i8bet user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's systems.
  • Using third-party software, automated bots, or tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
  • Identity fraud or using another person's payment information without their authorisation.
  • Any money laundering activities or illegal fund transfers conducted through an i8bet account.
  • Distributing unlawful, threatening, or reputationally damaging content on the platform.

Users are also responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws of the state and country in which they are located. i8bet is not liable for any breach of local laws committed by users while accessing the platform.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All transactions on the i8bet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local payment options listed in the account portal. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method and any active promotions.

Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to identity verification and compliance with any applicable rollover requirements. i8bet reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. i8bet is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect account information provided by the user. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

I8bet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
  • Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
  • Systematic abuse of promotions or bonuses.
  • A voluntary account closure request made by the user.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, i8bet reserves the right to forfeit all balances associated with fraudulent activity. Any legitimate balances unrelated to the breach will be returned in accordance with internal review procedures.

I8bet's liability is limited to the net deposit amount placed by the user. Under no circumstances will i8bet be held liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or unforeseeable damages arising from use of the platform. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian law.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the i8bet platform are the exclusive property of i8bet or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written authorisation.

The i8bet platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. i8bet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Any interaction with third parties is entirely at the user's own risk.

I8bet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users who continue to use the platform after amendments are posted will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
